Ok, we are youtube fanatics in our apartment. My roommate Adam has seen every single video ever to be put on youtube so it is very difficult to choose just one. But I will have to go with... Poodle Workout!
Poodle Workout exemplifies the variety, randomness and quality of videos available for our veiwing pleasure on youtube.

I have already posted these pictures but I couldn't pass up the vox hunt. So think of an English hunting lodge but in western America. Kind of a Ralph Lauren approach.
I wanted to find a way to update my room, make it complete in a way that seems always alive even if I'm not there year round. I didn't want to throw out all my high school stuff, its my high school room. So I constructed kind of an organized collage with elements from high school, college and miscellaneous. Notice the sashes on the left, sterling pheasants, silver tray (idea from Lacey's room) and that great desk with old Republican and Democrat Jim Beam bottles. I like the way it turned out however I want to replace the pictures of me with other pics. I was just in a rush to get it done to take some pictures for my protfolio. I like the texture and dimension.
The snow shoes were the last things to be added to the room, They are exactly what it needed. (thanks mom for letting me borrow those, they can go back in the playroom anytime) I can't take credit for the wall with the window though. That was moms creation when I first moved into the room my freshman year of high school. Its my favorite part because it was the first element of my room, along with the fantastic tracey parter rug with the golden retriever. Those elements inspired the entire room. I love it because it feels like my room and like it evolved with me over time.
Now, show us your dream job.
Well here is a road map to my dream...
First:
Then
This is where I would serve my state and my country as a congressman-turn-senator. As the peoples Senator I would be in the national news often for my integrity, devotion, and progress. I would also attract attention for my public appearances at baseball games both professional and supporting the local team of wherever I may be traveling. After attracting the endearing honor of "Americas Senator" from Oprah (or her media giant equivalent of the time) I will move on...
...To,
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Being President of the United States of America isn't my sole ambition. I really would like to work in the legislative branch but if the opportunity presented itself and if I felt I could make a difference, I would make a run for it.
However, as I was typing this I remebered that dirt was dug up into Obamas kindergarten days about his "ambition" to be president. As such I feel the need to run a disclaimer for the Hillary Clintons of that future day. This is just for fun and nothing selfish is being promoted. We teach and encourage our children to set goals and have dreams and we must not use them against them as a political mud in their battle to achieve them.
There are many ways that we can accomplish our dreams and share our voice. It is not as important how, just that we do.
Show us the headline on your local paper.
Well perhaps not a headline but a letter to the Editor that I wrote was published this week. I find that often we write to complain or condemn and often, since those voices are the one heard, good ideas go to the scrap pile and positive opportunities slip away. So I thought it was necessary to write a letter expressing my support for a good opportunity for the community. Case in point: the proposed 3D theater.

In order of preference (L to R)
White nike sneakers. A steal at Nordstrom Rack in Seattle. And to think I almost left them there
Checkered Vans, courtesy spring break shopping stint
Brown Old Navy slip ons. Gotta give it to these impersonators, they were only 12.50 inSt George and perform like a champ
Recently kicked from the top three: my white Diesels (they need new laces and a good polish) Classic Converse Chuck Taylors (They will be back on next week Im sure)
The question was favorite "sneakers" so thats why my Aldo boots arent listed.
