Do you have a particular "catch phrase" for which you are known?

It all began with predictive texting, you know where the phone figures out what you are trying to type into a text message without you having to press the extra buttons. It became a rule that we were not allowed to correct the phone when it entered an alternate word instead of the one we were going for. This caused for some interesting text messages. (It was all fun and games until the phone entered "heavier" instead of "heather", she didnt like that too much)
Then we decided that we were going to abbreviate every thing we said you know like jk for just kidding. Then it was TBH for "to be honest", TBCH- "to be completely honest" then it just got out of hand. It became a game to see if you could figure out what we were trying to say. My roomate would text me
TBCHIATODMHAIRRH. LGE,IWSTBY?
Translation: To be completely honest I am tired of doing my homework and Im really really hungy. Lets go eat, I want some Taco Bell, you?
Oh and the best text messaging adventure so far.... A few weeks ago we thought it would be fun to start a text message rumor that Tom Cruise died. So, at 2 in the morning we sent out about 80 text messages combined to our friends accross the country announcing that we had just heard that Tom Cruise had died. A lot of people believed it and were really sad, I almost feel bad but not really because it was funny.
What makes a good President of the United States?
There is a lot of emotion that goes into my answer for this. I truly believe in our political system and desire very much for it to work in our lives, our families and our hearts. On Sunday I read the Gettysburg Address. Lincoln gave these dedicatory remarks after over two hours of oration by the famed speaker Edward Everett. President Lincoln was asked to give a few brief remarks to dedicate the Soldiers National Cemetery in Gettysburg Pennsylvania.
The battle at Gettysburg was both grand and bloody. No foreign foe was being driven back in this battle. Over 160,000 American soldiers, brothers, fought each other intensely for causes rooted deep in their hearts. over 7,500 were left in the trampled meadows of Gettysburg. This decisive battle broke open the path to Union success.
This battle was epic. Yes, there have been greater battles both before and since but few with such ideology interred in its rubble. This is the epic scene that was the background and seting for President Abraham Lincolns now iconic address. Lincoln stood at the dedication cermony as the President of the United States of America. If ever "United" had carried so much meaning in our name it was then. Lincoln knew however, that with the scarring effects and emotions of the civil war still smoldering in the ashes of the country the task of uniting the great states was long from over. The battle of states rights vs. federal power continued for many years and arguably will persist forever.
I believe President Abraham Lincoln is one of the best presidents we have had and will ever have. Who can argue with that. I believe this because I believe that he belived in what he said that fall day. He understood what it meant to be American. Not in a patriotic way but in a recognition of the solemn blessing, opportunity and responsibility of the American ideology.
This type of Conviction is what I expect from an American President. Not just in speech or in rhetoric but in action and in the heart.

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Despite the scandal of his recent arrest, Sen. Larry Craig is being inducted into the Idaho Hall of Fame. Should his legal troubles have any impact on the award?
The legal situation is unfortunate, whether it is true or not. I have two views on the "Hall of Fame" subject... I believe that elected officials should be held to a standard equal to their calling. It is unfirtunate that we see so much dissapoinment by those we elect to be champions for American Ideals on our behalf.
Having said that, I also feel that it is unfortunate that we are so quick to remember persons for their follies and mishapps and not for their strentghs and accomplishments. Craig's recent truobles, as ugly as they may be, do not erase from history his contribution to the great state of Idaho and our nation. Families were still saved a few extra bucks in the 90's by his support for middle income tax cuts. Farmers dominated world markets for potatoes for a time with his farmer friendly legislation. Idaho has grown as a beacon for economic growth faster (and more consistently) than many other states. All of which I believe are noteworthy accomlishments.
What sources do you count on for national news coverage? How about international and local news?
I am definately a FOX News person. Yes they have a conservative slant but why make a big deal about it when the rest of the major news agencies accross the globe lean to the left with out any guff. My personal opinion is that CNN is the Al-Jezeera of American news. It does bother me that most US news agencies cover only a tid bit of global news, like FOX's "Around the World in 80 Seconds". I think we could sacrifice a little Paris Hilton/B Spears for more world coverage. In the US's defense however, there is a lot of news to cover in a nation of over 300 million people (which is twice that of russia and astonishinlgy about half of the entire continent of Europe combined).

To be honest though its really just my favorite because I work there. Our town, as touristy and hospitality driven as it is, is in absence of a great restaurant. It is saturated with mediocrity- some establishments being only partially redeemed by tradition or atmosphere.

What shows are you looking forward to in the new fall TV season?
Project Runway. Unfortunately I have squandered many hours over the past two weeks watching marathons of past seasons on bravo. I am looking forward to Tivo-ing the new season and watching in unstopped succession as well.

Really? This is as if Harry Potter himself is fishing for a compliment with fleet of shrimp boats. Thats all I have to say. Oh, and he is not my favorite. I dont have one.
